The building, especially the exterior walls and wooden railings on the ground floor, are dilapidated. The food is generally poor, both at breakfast and in the restaurant. Desserts such as cheese ice cream and grilled pineapple were good. The food was not great, but they were very attentive to our requests for spaghetti boiled softly, no chili or peppers, etc., so we were very satisfied as well. There was a bad waitress at the poolside restaurant who ignored customers when she made eye contact with them and had a brusque and blunt attitude, but the other waiters, hotel receptionist, and cleaning staff were very nice. The pool temperature was 32 degrees Celsius, and the water was not cold, so I was able to swim comfortably. We stayed at the hotel overnight to attend a nearby wedding. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was also very helpful, especially Eugene at the front desk who helped us with calling taxis and dealing with our luggage after checkout.

I am back for the second time, and once again, Anya exceeds my expectations with their delectable cuisine, impeccable service, inviting heated pool, captivating ambiance, tranquil rooms, and the most rejuvenating body massages. I am eagerly looking forward to returning in the future. If you seek an escape from the bustling city and crave ultimate relaxation, Anya is the perfect destination for you and your family.

I had a wonderful stay at Anya. The room was great & clean. Staff members were nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet options were great, but not my cup of tea. Overall, a nice stay and a good staycation for me. 👍🏼

Anya is a beautiful and relaxing getaway! The staff is so accommodating, friendly and warm. We had an amazing time, didnt have much of a need to explore outside because we had everything within the villa!

We had a great stay at Anya. From the moment we arrived we were treated like special guests. Their greeting, "Welcome Home", really is appropriate as they make you feel right at home with their service. They will also drive and drop you off at your room on a golf cart, after a mini tour is conducted by your bellhop. Kudos to the service team of Anya!! To our surprise, the room was also big and elegant. Same goes for the bathroom with 2 basins, his and hers I guess. We stayed and just enjoyed the room since it was raining at the time. Dinner at their restaurant was also delish. We ordered paella and a few cocktails. Two thumbs up for both the food and their service! Then for the breakfast buffet, I don't know why but it was just okay 😅. Overall, Anya, we'll be back for sure! ❤️

Had an amazing stay here. Everything here is really worth it and the staff are superb. Pool is the best. Will definitely come back.

Could be a nice place if the maintenance of the grounds were looked after. Reception desk seemed listless. Room rates seem to be on the high side at 10-13k per night although we did not stay over. Pools look good but are also over chlorinated.
